This magnificent 4-season chalet, featuring a huge covered terrace of 750 sq. ft. and a year-round functional spa, has everything to please you. Located in St-Herménégilde near Coaticook, on a secluded wooded lot surrounded by nature, it is only 950 meters from the municipal beach at Wallace Pond (children’s playground, volleyball court, parking, and free boat ramp).
ABOUT THIS CHALET:
The chalet has 2 closed bedrooms including 3 Queen beds, in addition to a sofa bed in the mezzanine and another on the ground floor. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. AIR CONDITIONING, WIFI, CABLE TV, XBOX Kinect + Rock Band, NINTENDO, board games, and more!
As for the covered terrace with a screened shelter, you will find a POOL TABLE, DARTS, SPA, BBQ, as well as an outdoor DINING TABLE and LOUNGE. You will be sheltered and can enjoy regardless of the weather or insects!
For electric vehicle owners, a 48A fast CHARGING STATION is available.
4 BICYCLES are also graciously provided for your rides.
FISHING ENTHUSIASTS:
The boat launch is a few meters from the entrance of Wallace Pond, and you can park your vehicle/trailer on the street during your outing, it’s free. The yard of the chalet is also large enough to park your trailer without any problem.
HOME ACCESS:
You have access to the entire chalet and grounds.

As we are just a few steps from the American border, your cellular devices may connect to American communication towers and think you have crossed into USA.
TO AVOID ROAMING CHARGES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO TURN OFF YOUR CELLULAR DATA BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE CHALET.
What you need to do before arriving is to enable and configure the “WiFi calling” feature on your mobile phone. Once at the chalet, after connecting to the local WiFi, restart your mobile phone. You will then be able to use your mobile phone to make calls as usual in WiFi mode.

The chalet is completely isolated in the heart of nature, which is totally relaxing. Therefore, you will need to get around by car in the area.
